What happens next?
- 1Request Logged: Your deletion ticket is registered in our database with a reference ID.
- 2Verification: Our privacy team verifies that no active driving sessions or dispute settlements are pending.
- 3Permanent Purge: All personal data, login tokens, and profile records are completely purged within 30 calendar days.
Data Handling Disclosure
Data that is permanently deleted:
- Full name, profile photo, and phone number
- Firebase Auth user credentials & login tokens
- Saved pickup locations and GPS coordinate history
- Learning progress, test scores, and class logs
- Notification history and device push tokens
Data retained for statutory compliance:
Completed payment receipts, GST invoices, and transaction logs processed via Razorpay are retained for financial auditing, tax compliance, and fraud prevention as required by Indian legal and regulatory statutes. These records are anonymized and cannot be used for marketing.
