3. Location Information Policy
DravixGO requests access to your device location (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION and ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION) to pinpoint your exact doorstep pickup location for driving classes and help assign the nearest verified instructor. Location data is accessed only with your explicit permission while actively configuring your pickup spot or viewing assigned instructors. We do not track or store continuous background location when the app is closed.

- Scheduling & Fulfillment: Processing class bookings, scheduling free demos, and dispatching instructors to your location.
- Payment Processing: Securely completing payments, issuing GST invoices, and handling refunds via Razorpay.

Upon receiving your request, all personal profiles, saved addresses, learning progress, and authentication credentials are permanently purged within 30 days. Completed transaction invoices are retained exclusively for statutory taxation compliance under Indian corporate laws.

Our services and driving classes are intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older (the minimum legal driving age for motor vehicles in India). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors under 18. If we discover that a minor under 18 has registered without parental consent, we will promptly delete the account.
