Please read these terms carefully before accessing or booking driving training sessions through DravixGO.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Learner”, or “you”) and DravixGO (“we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of the website https://dravixgo.com and the DravixGO Learner and DravixGO Instructor mobile applications.
By creating an account, booking a session, or utilizing any of our services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our accompanying Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
2. Description of Services
DravixGO operates an intelligent technology platform that connects prospective drivers with verified, certified independent driving instructors for practical driving education, door-to-door training, and vehicle instruction (Manual and Automatic transmission).
While DravixGO exercises strict quality control, vehicle inspection, and instructor background checks, the on-road driving training service is delivered directly by the certified instructor.
3. User Eligibility & Responsibilities
As a registered learner on DravixGO, you agree to the following conditions:
- Legal Driving Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to book and participate in motor vehicle driving instruction.
- Learner's Licence (LLR): In compliance with the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 of India, learners must possess a valid Learner's Licence (LLR) or applicable government permit before operating a vehicle on public roads.
- Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and truthful personal details during registration, including your contact number and pickup address.
- Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and one-time passwords (OTPs). You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Sobriety & Health: You must not attend any driving class under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications that impair motor reflexes. Instructors reserve the right to immediately terminate any session if a student is found impaired.
4. Payments, Pricing & Billing
All driving lessons, packages, and mock tests are billed upfront through our secure payment partner, Razorpay:
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include all applicable platform taxes.
- Bookings are confirmed only after the transaction is successfully verified by the payment gateway.
- DravixGO does not store sensitive card credentials, CVVs, or bank PINs on our servers.
- In the event of a manual UPI transfer or transaction verification dispute, you agree to provide the valid 12-digit UTR / Bank Reference Number upon request.
5. Safety, Insurance & Limitation of Liability
DravixGO acts as a technology intermediary platform under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. All practical driving instruction is conducted in dual-control training vehicles equipped with secondary instructor brakes. Vehicles used for commercial driving training carry mandatory third-party motor insurance as required by Indian law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DravixGO and its directors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from on-road traffic incidents, vehicular collisions, or personal negligence during a session, which remain covered under the instructor's motor insurance policy.
6. Code of Conduct & Zero Tolerance Policy
DravixGO enforces a strict Zero Tolerance Policy against harassment, verbal abuse, discrimination, or unsafe on-road behavior toward instructors, staff, or fellow road users. We reserve the immediate right to terminate accounts, cancel ongoing packages without refund, and report unlawful incidents to civil authorities.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, service marks, graphics, code, and curriculum content on DravixGO and our applications are the exclusive intellectual property of DravixGO. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ghaziabad / Delhi NCR, India.
